Toe Ring Sandals

Toe ring sandals display a decorative toe ring for the big toe attached to a flat sole. Some styles are attached to the sole by a single line of material – usually leather or some sort of beaded or jeweled string. Other styles include the toe ring attaching directly to the sole and a feature a buckled strap over the arch.

This style of toe ring sandals is evocative of the minimal footwear worn in the traditional dress of Hindu women. In the west, a professional pedicure and barely-there footwear really shows off the beauty of the foot. There are plenty of styles from which to choose.

Some toe ring sandals feature a back strap and several thin straps with entwined detail. Some are even made with a heel that dresses up the look a little bit. A huarache style featuring a toe ring is another fashionable variation.
